Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 1 July 2026. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between the User (as defined below) and WolfWinner N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 157447, with registered office at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park, Curaçao (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online casino brand Wolf Winner Casino. By registering an account, depositing funds or otherwise accessing the services described here, the User acknowledges that every provision below has been read, understood and accepted. Where any part of these Terms is not accepted, the User must refrain from accessing the services. The Operator holds Curaçao eGaming licence number 8048/JAZ (full form 8048/JAZ2020-013), issued under the Curaçao gaming framework. A printable copy of these Terms is available on request through support and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, the KYC & AML procedures, the Responsible Gambling policy and the bonus terms breakdown, each of which forms an integral part of the User’s contractual relationship with the Operator.

1. Definitions

For the avoidance of doubt, the following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this document.

"Account" means the personal user account registered by the User with the Operator through the Site and used to access the Services.

"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount or reward granted by the Operator, whether as part of the welcome pack or subsequent promotions.

"Bonus Balance" means funds credited to the Account as a Bonus and subject to Wagering Requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.

"Cash Balance" means funds deposited by the User or converted from a Bonus after Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

"KYC" means know-your-customer verification, including submission of identification documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

"Operator" means WolfWinner N.V., the licensed entity described in the preamble.

"Services" means the online casino gaming, cashier, live-dealer offering and related digital services made available through the Site.

"Site" means the Operator’s website and the Wolf Winner Casino brand pages through which the Services are delivered.

"User" or "Player" means the natural person aged 18 years or over who has registered an Account and who is party to these Terms.

"Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to Bonus amounts before those amounts may be converted to Cash Balance or withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Services is limited to persons who have reached the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of registration. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend the Account until satisfactory proof is supplied. Access is not permitted to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful, nor to employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of the Operator, its licensors or its payment providers. Australian residents are welcomed on the understanding that each Player takes personal responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable at the User’s place of residence, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) as it applies to that Player individually. One Account per natural person, per household, per shared IP address and per shared device is permitted. Where duplicate accounts are detected, the Operator may consolidate or close such accounts and forfeit any Bonus and associated winnings.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Verification and KYC

The Player undertakes to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Identity verification is carried out by the Operator in accordance with its KYC & AML procedures. Initial verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours from the submission of complete documentation. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is complete, and further documentation may be requested at any time.

3.2 Account Security

Confidentiality of the Account password rests with the Player, together with responsibility for any activity conducted under the Account credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access, credential compromise or unauthorised transaction shall be reported to the Operator without undue delay. Losses arising from a failure to safeguard credentials fall outside the Operator’s liability.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Registration of more than one Account per natural person, household, IP address or device is prohibited. A duplicate Account may be closed without notice, and balances derived from Bonus play on such duplicates may be voided. Device fingerprinting, IP analysis and payment-method matching are used by the Operator to detect duplicates.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

4.1 Accepted Methods

The payment methods accepted at Wolf Winner Casino are set out on the cashier page and may include PayID, Neosurf, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, EcoPayz, Instadebit, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. Methods may be added, removed or restricted by the Operator without prior notice. The default currency for Australian users is Australian Dollars (AU$).

4.2 Withdrawal Timing

A standard internal review period applies to withdrawals, during which KYC re-checks may occur. First withdrawals typically undergo a full verification cycle of 24 to 72 hours. Once approved, cryptocurrency payouts are transmitted within a target window of one to three hours, EcoPayz withdrawals are transmitted instantly, and card and bank transfers are transmitted within three to five business days. Third-party processing delays outside the Operator’s control are not attributable to the Operator. Detailed withdrawal timing information is published on the dedicated cash-out page.

4.3 Weekly Cap

A weekly withdrawal cap of AU$10,000 applies across all Accounts and all payment methods combined. The cap resets each Monday at 00:00 (Curaçao time). Where a requested withdrawal exceeds the weekly cap, the excess is queued and paid in instalments over subsequent cap windows.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is deemed dormant where no login, deposit, wager or withdrawal occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. From the thirteenth month onward, a monthly administrative fee of AU$5 may be deducted from the remaining balance until such balance is exhausted or the User reactivates the Account by logging in. Where the balance is zero or falls to zero due to fees, no debt is created against the User.

4.5 Refund of Un-wagered Funds

Where the Player requests a refund of funds that have not been placed in play, a minimum administrative fee of ten percent (10%) of the un-wagered amount may be deducted to cover processing costs, subject to a floor of AU$10.

5. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Activation of the Welcome Pack

The welcome pack is activated by ticking the "Welcome Bonus" checkbox in the cashier at the time of the first qualifying deposit. No promotional code is required for the welcome pack. Failure to opt in at the point of deposit forfeits the entitlement for that deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The Wagering Requirement applicable to Bonus funds is fifty (50) times the Bonus amount, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion. Free-spin winnings are added to the Bonus Balance and are subject to the same 50× multiplier.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering

While any Wagering Requirement remains outstanding, the maximum permitted stake per spin, hand or round is AU$5. Stakes placed in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus, associated winnings and any Cash Balance derived from Bonus play.

5.4 Game Contribution

Contribution to the Wagering Requirement varies by game category. Pokies (slot games) contribute one hundred percent (100%). Live-dealer and table games contribute between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%), with specific rates published in each promotion’s terms. Certain high-RTP titles and progressive jackpots may be excluded from Bonus play entirely.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Practices including but not limited to hedging (placing offsetting bets to lock in returns), collusion, chip dumping, group play from shared devices, artificially low-variance play designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without meaningful risk, and multi-accounting are treated as Bonus abuse. Detection of such practices entitles the Operator to void the Bonus, forfeit associated winnings and, where appropriate, close the Account.

5.6 Validity

Unless a shorter period is stated in the specific promotion, Bonuses expire thirty (30) days from the date of activation. Any unused Bonus and any winnings that remain subject to Wagering Requirements at expiry are removed from the Account.

6. Player Conduct

The Player agrees to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party. The following activities are prohibited: submission of false personal or payment information; unauthorised use of another person’s payment instrument; initiation of chargebacks against legitimate deposits; use of automated software (bots), scripts or artificial intelligence agents to play; reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to interfere with the Site’s software; and any conduct designed to defraud the Operator, its payment providers or other Users. Where suspicious activity is detected, the Account may be frozen pending investigation, additional KYC documentation may be requested and, where warranted, the Account may be closed and funds derived from the suspicious activity forfeited, in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, page layouts, code, artwork and audio-visual material — is the property of WolfWinner N.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and database rights. Individual game titles remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios. The Wolf Winner Casino wordmark and wolf-head device are trademarks of the Operator. The Player is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and interact with the Site for the purpose of using the Services personally. Reproduction, redistribution, framing, scraping or commercial exploitation of any Site content without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Without limiting statutory rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against unauthorised intrusion, or free of viruses or other malicious code. The Player is responsible for the Player’s own device, internet connectivity and any consequential data or transmission costs. Where a game round is interrupted by a technical failure, the Operator will endeavour to restore the round or, where restoration is impossible, credit or refund stakes in accordance with the underlying game provider’s rules. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount held in the User’s Cash Balance at the time the cause of action arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Force majeure events — including but not limited to acts of state, war, industrial action, third-party infrastructure failure and natural disasters — suspend the Operator’s obligations for the duration of the event.

9. Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to responsible gambling and provides Account-level tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits, session-time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods available include seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, six (6) months and indefinite exclusion. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its scheduled expiry. Further guidance and external help-line information are set out in the Responsible Gambling policy. Australian users are encouraged to contact Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858) or Lifeline (13 11 14) where the User or a family member believes gambling behaviour has become harmful.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed by the Operator in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable to Australian residents, in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The categories of data collected, the lawful bases relied upon, retention periods and the User’s data-subject rights are set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Cookies and comparable tracking technologies used by the Site are described in the Privacy Policy; consent management is available on first visit and may be revisited at any time through the cookie banner.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints

A complaint shall first be raised with the Operator’s support team by way of live chat (available 24/7) or by email to the address published on the Site. Receipt will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours, and a substantive response will be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days where reasonably practicable.

11.2 External Escalation

Where the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint, the matter may be escalated to the Curaçao licensing authority under Master licence 8048/JAZ2020-013 (sublicence 8048/JAZ). External escalation should be raised within sixty (60) calendar days of the Operator’s final response. Good-faith co-operation with the licensing authority is undertaken by the Operator throughout the dispute.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents the Player from pursuing statutory consumer rights available in the Player’s jurisdiction where such rights are engaged.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising from or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection law in the User’s place of residence, the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint mechanisms set out in clause 11.

13. Modifications

These Terms may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practice or the Services offered. Where an amendment is material, registered Users will be notified by email and by an on-Site banner not less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Where the Player does not accept a material amendment, the Account may be closed and any Cash Balance withdrawn, subject to Wagering Requirements and standard withdrawal rules.

14. Contact

Questions or notices under these Terms may be directed to the Operator’s support channels:

  • Live chat: 24/7 via the Site.
